As the Community Health Center serving more than 21,000 patients across Northern Sonoma County, our mission has always been simple and powerful: ensuring everyone has access to high-quality health care, regardless of their circumstances.
For over five decades, Alliance has provided medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services to our most vulnerable neighbors. But we cannot do it without the support of our community.
